      Pros

      I loved the flexibility and the variation of tasks that I encountered and the fact that I was exposed to information and communities that I was not aware of.

      Cons

      Would have liked to be paid a little more but it was probably what the job is worth. I also would have liked to be able to work more than 20 hours per week.

      In the rare times that there is work available, you get paid a decent amount for it. You can also choose when you work, which is good if you have an irregular daily schedule.

      Cons

      There is rarely work available, and typically when there is, it's at a certain time of the day. So even if you've been perched at your computer all day, if you miss that time window, then that's another day with 0 hours of work done. Not to mention that there's no specific personal feedback on the work that you do, so most of the time you're just hoping that you followed the guidelines accurately.
