      Pros

      It is a good place to start working as requirements are actually low and the pay is sort of good, a lot of benefits and great facilities.

      Cons

      There are oportunities for growth, however, I don't think they support employees to continue learning, there are University discounts but it is not "encouraged", it is just a benefit, and several positions don't require additional studies
