      Pros

      There is a good amount of work availible to you at any time. I also love that you can pick your hours and all your work is up to you.

      Cons

      The task time and variety is poor. For the amount of research that you are expected to do, there do not provide enough time. The pay is way too low for amount of work and the constant change to the projects that you are given.
