Pros

You can choose when you work and how many hours you work (to some extent). The work is easy and you don't even have to report to a supervisor. It is a very on-your-own system.

Cons

Sometimes there are no tasks available and sometimes communication from the team is slow.

Pros

Company provides a LOT of training. The job is all remote, you choose your own hours, there are frequent opportunities for time up to 35 hours per week. The job is interesting. When I made a suggestion about info to include with work tasks, my suggested change appeared about a week later. It might already have been in the works but I was pleased that they are making frequent improvements.

Cons

The pay is fairly low but to be fair, it requires only a high school degree.

Customer support is basically nonexistent, rarely replies to emails. No relevant training—recommended only for those with experience. Pay is very low compared to other platforms, and platform issues aren’t resolved promptly, which really affects work.
