TJ Maxx hired me when no one else would. They hire employees regardless of prior experience and are not strict with their employees.

Cons

Management is not objective towards their employees and are not looking out for their employees as far as hours or advancement.

fun, it was a very exciting job. you learn a lot about how to work with clothing and the stuff people want to see.

Cons

pay, managers were very unhelpful. They were looking for a payout then to help there employees succeed. Some were nice tho.
