      Pros

      Decent base salary and benefits. Car allowance, gas card, company phone, laptop, and expense card.

      Cons

      Very little training and support. High expectations as soon as you finish the online training modules. No grace period for meeting customer base or developing relationships. Company is constantly changing to try to be as profitable as possible. Ownership and management do not care about employees.
