      Good pay level and benefits for leadership positions.

      Cons

      The most rigid and centralized decision making process I've ever seen Problems are not corrected, and the same error is made over and over again. Way too much politics and internal focus, no interest in the customer at all. No interest in competitive differentiation, everything is solved cutting costs.
