My team is so collaborative and supportive. All ideas are welcome and we're constantly looking for new or better ways to work. It's a pretty fast-paced environment, which I like. And with that comes a lot of opportunity to expand your skillset. I feel like leadership really does listen and does their best to make improvements when they can.

Cons

Some of the systems are pretty old or hard to use. It feels like you need 10 logins to do your job, although it's improved since I got here.

Pay, micromanaging, coworkers acted as if they were supervisors, someone is always looking over your shoulder so to say. Job drains you because it’s so boring.
