If you have a bad manager, your life will be very difficult. The branches are independently run and there is not much you can do if you are mistreated.

Good benefits, decent pay with incentive opportunities. steady schedule. busy work flow

Lack of training! training here is non existent, figure out and learn as you go if you require hands on training to learn you are set up for failure. upper management regional directors and above are very unresponsive. poor customer service. not enough training for technicians. employee moral is very low (locally) not sure about other branches. overloaded with work not enough staff to keep up.
