      Pros

      Good benefits, nice people to work with, potential for growth opportunities, good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Management tools are outdated, processes are broken and inefficient, multiple layers of approvals make everything slow, IT support is almost nonexistant. Lack of diversity in the workplace. Family connections makes it hard to be objective.
