Pros

Salary and incentives are great. High degree of autonomy.. They seem standard but the these perks make the job worth it. Advancement is also quite fast for the motivated individual up to a certain point.

Cons

Inside Politics highly involved, very Poor HR model that leads to disasters at many levels. Poor management decisions and lack of top down follow through. Alternating between the same business models on every turn without proper planning and decision making to make corrective actions.

Good Pay and Benefits for the workers

Cons

Hard to get higher up in the company as it becomes political and you have to be willing to move as the local branch has very few jobs to work within. They are mostly family hires and everyone is related the higher you go.
