      Good training to start the job

      The company seems to be spiraling a bit. Restructuring happens at a way quicker rate than other companies. Also the company has extreme nepotism. I don't believe they are really putting the right people in the right positions.

      I would not recommend working for Thyssenkrupp in the MId Atlantic Region for the following reasons. Thyssenkrupp has a very toxic president who is completely unprofessional, awkward, and completely untrustworthy. There has been numerous complaints to Human Resources about this individual but no action has been taken to protect the people he oversees. Great talent has left and are leaving because of this individuals total toxic personality.

      Management training and direction are driven by emotion, not business process, technical training, or clearly defined goals. Constantly fighting fires. Career progression is not optimistic.
