Good money to be made, plenty of opportunities to move up within the company.

Cons

Opportunity comes from people leaving the company, poor attitude to sales level workers and superintendents. Constantly bidding work with the intent to 'make it up on the back end'.

Top management practices based on principles of hitlerism , nepotism and acting like street side goons. Absolutely unprofessional and useless top management ensuring spoiling of thyssen brand name

None of the checks bounced. No drug test for hourly employees. Oldest profession in history is flourishing on all three shifts.

Cons

Four Plant Vice Presidents in two years, revolving door. 6 senior staff have resigned during the same time period. Rumor is ThyssenKrupp is looking for warehouse and manufacturing space in Memphis.
