I have been working in product design for 5 years. Only work life balance and nothing more

poor salary, fur-stating management, poor products technology only German name. Waste of money on non working and flattering people. Managment has no mind. No advancement. Not good for anyone... even for starting a job.

Most of the coworkers are great.

Cons

Worst. Management. Ever. They micromanage and treat everyone like children. If you are one minute late, you are written up. If you don't say or do things in a very specific way, you are reprimanded. They try to run the entire office and cause conflicts for us with every other department. There is literally NO room for advancement (even though they tell you there is). You are treated like a child constantly.
