Pros

Leader within the elevator industry with a great product and service mix. Above average compensation. Lot of great co-workers. Treats the customer base fairly and openly.

Cons

Long work hours with some weekend work to meet deadlines and quota. Advancement opportunities only seem to come with long distance moves. Lot of middle management leads unclear directions. Poor benefit package, especially health care insurance.
