Benefits are excellent, potential for advancement okay, potential to relocate almost anywhere and a dynamite industry.

Cons

There are too many managers, too many directors, too many V.P.s and they all have their hands in each other's business. Use to be Dover until Thyssen bought them out. Everyone misses the Dover days.
