Fast-paced, lots of overtime, and generally good people to work with in a team-oriented environment.

Cons

Terrible job/life balance because of second and third shift. Also working 6 days/nights a week can burn someone out quickly.

Direct management and coworkers were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable industry veterans Sales training program was incredibly helpful for getting a running start in an unfamiliar industry The work itself was interesting as it deals with engineering technology Can be extremely lucrative depending on territory assigned and work ethic Always appreciated the importance they placed on safety

Cons

High employee turnover Occasional micromanagement from multiple levels of hierarchy Disorganization at a branch and regional level Company doesn't always allocate resources in ways that directly benefit employees/day to day operations Redundant processes can be a bit tedious
