Conversions and department development has created an environment that causes young supervisors to have favorites and to push older people out so they can hire younger new employees.

I worked for TKE from 2006 to 2011. Those 06 years in a giant group with a small division in an elevator sector pro immense exposure to develop my skills requires for handling major projects. It was a great place to work.

Cons

Nothing so far is seen to be highlighted.
