      Salary competitive with most Collections positions.

      Cons

      Within the Collections Dept., Supervisor constantly micro managing! Quick to discriminate telling women what NOT to wear to work, etc. No handicapped facilities in NJ location.

      -good salary and benefits -co-workers were friendly and had positive attitudes -seemed like there was room for growth if you wanted to

      -unorganized training, no real structure, not a lot of thought was put into what I'd be doing - often felt lost, when I asked for help was usually told to "figure it out" -was told one thing in my interview then told another a few months later, then had to resign because I no longer met what the job required
