TK is huge organization with big prospects for growth.

Cons

TK used always to be a good place to work, senior management team the one who should ensure to creat an environment where future generations want to work as per TK principles, unfortunately ,the lack of professionalism among senior leaders and their tendency to engage on gossips eroded the work place culture.

Not recommendable to anyone specially for F&A dept, higher management always favour their own favourite 2- 3 persons, pays 10-15% increment and others get only 2--3% every 1.5 years... terminates old employees within one day notice who are working for last 15- 20 years.. dont promotes who are in Plant/ branch... only HQ persons get relaxation, recommendation and promotion... Non-CA /CMA persons sitting as DGM / GM position...
