      Pros

      Decent benefits, can work from home, there are good people to work with.

      Cons

      24/7 job, no management support, promotions based on kissing up and not hard work or ability, a "good old boys" company. Most of the good employees are leaving the company. Customer service is nonexistent as profit means more. Competitors are taking more and more market share.
