The Car allowance and the Gas Card wee nice. Paid Training in Different locations around the country. Privately held so less pressure from stock holders.

Cons

There was a strange dynamic between Corporate initiatives and local branch management. The two did not seem to be on the same page on many key issues.

None, old software, a joke of a business process, used car salesman/saleswoman tactic trying to make customers uncomfortable and if a complaint arises management deflects and put the blame on individuals not their ability to train or lead. No accountability. Sinking ship. Short term results are going to yield long term devastation

Cons

You are babysat. No trust. Liar of a manager. Manager is concerned about making herself look good instead of treating employees with decency.
