But the issue is they are straining the company of the necessary resources for this to happen. -No communication or collaboration between departments or sales/operations -Lack of focus on the customer and providing the necessary solutions to assist them. -Management with no plans to alleviate the issue. -No training for current/new hires. Have to learn by yourself -Be ready to forecast every week
