Pros

Great work/life balance. I almost never take work home with me. I work 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Health benefits are excellent. 401K matches up to 5%.

Cons

Salaries usually set right at average or slightly below the market value for positions. PTO is very scarce. You start with 2 weeks of PTO, No paid paternity and you only get an extra week of PTO every 5 years.
