ThyssenKrupp Elevator offers a great training and mentor program to get you started. Great pay with base salary plus commission; Also the perks of gas/auto allowance. Fully invested 401k the day you start. Opportunity for vertical growth within company and different regions.

Cons

Long Hours (7:30am - 5:30pm), Intra Company Communication is lacking since most decisions are made at the top without consulting field offices of market conditions.
