      Great benefits after 30 days. 100% 401k vesting day one. Low premiums with enhanced coverage. Most co-workers pull their fair share

      Cons

      Leadership. There is a culture of poor leaders hiring poor leaders and allowing them to ruin the morale. Far too many employees stay because they don't want the hassle of interviewing elsewhere.

      The company provides Flexible Hours in each department along with great HR benefits such as 401k, sick pay, vacation time and great employees to work with.

      Cons

      The company does not know how to run each department to work together. New employees are not trained which has an impact on all other departments.
