Great industry. Competitive pay in the industry and sales in general. Ability to create own sales process while following intent of employers guidelines.

Cons

Lots of change for this company. Has great visions but painful along the way. If you don't have a mentor in the industry, could be likely to fail. Incentive changes to sales program have been demotivating and don't align with expectations.
