      Friendly coworkers, flexible working hours, job is not too stressful.

      - There were few opportunities for professional growth - Management was apathetic towards my desire for promotion and wanting more development opportunities. - Pay was mediocre for the number of years I had been at the company. - Job wasn't stressful because of low work volume, which led to boredom. - Most projects were clerical and didn't utilize much engineering expertise.
