Knowledgeable people with a lot of industry experience that are willing to help. Decent pay and bonus.

Cons

Since being purchased by an investment company, there has been an extreme amount of pressure to get systems updated and to brought to current ITIL standards. While this is a good thing, not much thought is going into it, only that it "looks" like we are compliant and well organized for potential buyers. Not concern is given to cost and ROI long term for the company.
