Miserable day to day, week to week tasks and responsibilities. Finance employees constantly complain and share frustrations about other team members, all from 5 feet away from that person's cubicle. Terrible systems which lack clarity and efficiency. Zero room for development and learning the job within the first couple months. They expect you to grasp everything in the first 2 weeks or else it's a PBP decision from there on out. Lifeless employee engagement with long month-end days (Friday evenings stuck in office) Snappy and rude finance team with a need for leadership reorganization asap.
