Global corporation that’s moving forward

Cons

Management gives you absolutely no guidance when you go to work there. It’s imperative to set employees up for success. You have to have systems in place for employees to be successful. Not chastise them for not having systems downloaded on computers when the manager has control over this. They do not make you feel comfortable when asking questions! The management there is awful and need training.

Good learning, training, Good brand, Good canteen in Pune.

Cons

Uniform required to be worn for Pune staff. No work life balance. No flexibility. Severe discrimination. No diveristy mindset. Worst transportation. HR and Management does not care about employees. Popular with lots of scam and unethical practices and all covered up.
