Cons

Little flexibility with schedule although bearable.. not much communication or time to plan for large changes within organization… a week or two heads up IF THAT.

-lack of work-life balance -Cold office culture -Not enough mechanics to maintain current and new service contracts (as an account manager, this matters to you because you'll be handling all of the complaints...and emails)

Bonus Structure was lucrative 35-40% of base salary in Mgmt Positions. Field Technicians are strong. Field Service Tool is good.

Cons

New CEO has gutted the organization and lost vision. Customer service has taken a backseat to Margins. Margin expectations are so high that it makes TKE uncompetitive in the market place. People are treated as expendable and they have a "what have you done for me today mentality" Consistently Cut support roles and dump workload on remaining employees, who are already overwhelmed and overworked. No job is safe, restructurings are frequent.
