Pros

Fast hiring process you will not wait for even the whole day for you to be cater and i love it. And it offers good compensation and benefits as well

Cons

It's not really a downsize but we received our notification for training very late like the same day we had our training, I would recommend for the management to send notification a day before the schedule training day.

Pros

Well done with the security of the company, In our first few days of training here in Teleperformance we already covered a lot of topics you can really feel the pressure in training which is really great considering that the account is multi purpose.

Cons

Few things that I would like to consider that Teleperformance needs to improve is the lockers. TP has a lot of employees, but they lack on securing the locker spaces which is not good.
