Pros

You should work at Teleperformance because of the following; Its people/staff. They are very kind, approachable and accommodating. The facilities. All facilities are very neat and clean and it smells so good. Wherever you go inside the site, you will see the sanitation hand and water dispenser. Moreover, you can see that the site is secure and safe because of its CCTV camera and many securities guards.

Cons

I don't have any downsides to say in Teleperformance.

You will gain more knowledge during the trainings because the trainers are approachable and are willing to help you understand the step-by-step procedure on how to handle the customer's concern.

Cons

The company is a bit strict. Even the food can't be shared with others.
