      Pros

      Teleperformance has been a great place to work. The company and all of it's employees, from upper management to new hires have all been involved and cared for. It's a place where growth is a big opportunity available to everyone!

      Teleperformance is a great company to work for. It provides job security and a chance to grow within the company.

      Cons

      I believe a manual way of doing your position just in case the systems went down will benefit the company.
