Good place to gather experience and skills, but the place is going out of business
Pros
Not too many things, really
Cons
- broken elevator for more than 3 months, 500+ employees have to use the stairs (including disabled people) - no payment negotiation options - team leaders are mostly unqualified and bossy, their main task is administration, but they still earn more than other roles - unrealistic and nonsense house rules - due to ramping-up there are no places to sit down quietly on your break, and you can`t read or use your mobile - only by sitting on the floor in the locker rooms - as a rule, all of the bright LED lights have to be turned on at all times, blinds down, and no sunlight can reach indoors - everything that they put in their advertisement: PlayStation, massage chairs, table tennis: broken or terrible condition - broken and not enough fridges, no money to replace them - empty promises on winter/summer gatherings - location is far away from almost anything and everyone; there are not enough restaurants around
