I am a very professional person and for the most part this company is too, until you really get to know their system. Management is rude. They work on a point system and if you get a point and was not even late for your scheduled shift they give you a very hard time taking away points for something that was not your fault. If you need time off they deny your first request no matter what it is for. Then you must go through your supervisor, who may or may not help you depending upon their mood. The training is not good at all and they throw to the wolves unprepared for battle and then grade you even though your not thoroughly trained.

Chaotic organisation as cultural related to Portugal. Staff is mainly Portuguese and although not officially told, Portuguese fluency is a requirement for staff positions. Career opportunities are therefore limited to Portuguese native speakers. With the chaotic organisation it is a true wonder that the company stays in business. Important factors are neglected and unimportant are valued, just like children do. Working rules are almost not enforced. Everybody does what he likes to do (this is a Pro too), and nobody really cares. This is a Kindergarten-Company.
