Pros

Friendly environment. You are paid for training. You are able to meet new people. There are very supportive and helpful employees available to help you on the call floor.

Cons

You are just a number to the company. The training is too short and feels rushed. Information (e.g training time, pay) given with employment offer is incorrect. You are not actually shown how to use the phones or navigate the computer systems needed for calls. I personally feel messed about by management / recruitment after being placed on a campaign completely different from the one that I applied for. This is the reason why I had to quit.

They hire anyone that applies.

Cons

When THEIR computer, phone system isn't working properly, they give you the points and they don't ownership of their mistakes or company mishaps. You have to raise your hand just to go on lunch. Theres a SUPERVISOR that leaves without clocking out and he leaves for hours and sometimes doesn't come back for a week and he still has a job, COME ON.
