Pros

I love being a technical support specialist for AT&T U-verse. Training was helpful. Hours were decent for me to work.

Cons

I hate how they wouldn't promote me to QA or Trainer. They made me do special campaigns all the time because I was good. You know when you shadow new employees to learn how to handle calls. I had over 30 people to sit with me and taught them all I know. They were always asking me why I'm not TL or trainer yet. I had perfect calls and was on time for my job. My calls always were pulled in conference. But never got the promotion.

Pros

I can't think of any, it makes more money than fast food.

Cons

I worked for sprint tech support through the phone lines and it's very unorganized. They take away so much power from the regular reps and expect to us to not do supervisor calls. They give so little information in our database about these phones that most of the time we resort to downloading a proxy on the computers because we cant access a lot of tech websites through google to help troubleshooting. We get transfers from other reps from other countries who barely know english and don't do their job properly. Tech support is required to do everything in regards to sprint. Half their computers don't work and their towers aren't much better. Focus more on improving internally before tricking customers to join Sprint. Supervisors don't paid much more than regular reps.
