Thanks MuseMate for your feedback! It's great to see that the importance we give to values such as flexibility (that is based on transparency and trust) and cooperation is appreciated. You're right though, our internal communication is not perfect yet - especially when it comes to our worldwide distributed teams, not based in Milan. We're aware of this and we're working hard to improve it.
