- very bright future - board and senior leadership highly motivated towards change / optimisation - great hybrid working policy - great travel benefits - great pay and bonus

Cons

- there feels like a lot is going on and things are moving either really fast or barely moving. but it is expected given we're in a transformation period - lots of bolted-on businesses and legacy systems - growing competitor landscape squeezing the life and soul out of holidays (can feel highly pressured around key trading periods).
