      Pros

      None anymore, use to be a great company but the senior management don't care about the UK market anymore or the employees

      Cons

      After being told of a 'Permanent Flexible Working Policy' of only being required to go to the office once a month, all of a sudden they're implementing twice per week with zero consultation on the teams if effects, they claim collaboration yet many of the teams I work with are not based in UK you are ruining peoples lives, putting my house at risk and made my mental health really poor.

      Good bunch of people and I enjoyed working with them. I enjoy the product but there’s constant change and not enough resources at times.
