      Hit by the pandemic - will take time to recover. Current redundancies to reflect this

      Good employee holiday discounts. Employees are allowed to work from home.

      Cons

      Departments are understaffed and because of this managers put pressure on employees to tackle an unachievable workload. This issue is ignored when brought up to management. In addition, internal processes are very inefficient and disjointed.
