      Growing pains, you can see in some areas that the company grew very fast and some aspects are struggling with the new size.

      Good place for a Frontend Dev

      Great culture, transparency, work-life balance, flexible working hours, a lot of tools provided by a company for self-development (subscriptions for services with video tutorials, paid conferences, Fridays dedicated for studying/trying out new technologies)

      Cons

      Sometimes problems with communication across different teams.
