      *Great salary/commission * Lovely colleagues and base management * Great work life balance with lots of time off * Mix of short and longhaul in most bases

      Cons

      * PPY contract of only 26 weeks - in regional bases no chance of becoming permanent or even acquiring winter work for the none contracted period even after many years of service
