      There is good training available, management are understanding, and staff are good

      No option for full time unless a manager or in a bigger store benefits are not that great

      Access to L&D courses Perks like concessions and cheap late deals Strong sense of team work within my department - I really enjoy working with my colleagues

      Cons

      Workload continues to increase with vacant positions not being replaced, but wages haven't increased to reflect this Little support and recognition from senior management
