Feel quite replaceable and sometimes just a number. Salaries low compared to competitors

We are working hard to improve communications so colleagues feel included – improvements to our intranets, video updates, weekly newsletters, feedback surveys, colleague forums to name a few. Pros

Lovely people, great training, belief in the products knowing that they are quality, customer focused environment, fun!

Cons

Overtime paid back in lieu happens very often, working on 2 staff can be very very stressful and happens frequently, very little full time jobs available, they are mostly 16-24 hours a week.

Pros

Depends on which country/region/resort you are placed, but treatment of staff was very good in comparison to other companies I have worked for and management genuinely cared about your development/well-being. Also a lot of perks to the job e.g. experiences, travel!

Cons

Staff accommodation can be here or there.
