      - ambitious plans, focus on digital transformation and market expansion worldwide - highly data driven teams - good pay for the travel sector attracts talent

      Cons

      - office could be in a more attractive location and be more modern, good facilities though - no flexibility work from home scheme

      The company have great training opportunities and work perks.

      Cons

      The pay is not great and can insist of longer hours you won't be recouped for. High staff turnover.
