      Pros

      I worked over many season summer and winters overseas for the company and as much as its hard work you always know that the company is behind you. As much as I've worked in places before and just been a number I never felt like this with TUI. Put in hard work and you will be rewarded for it.

      Cons

      Sometimes I worked very long hours and I didn't do the job for the money. However they are one of the best paying tour operators

      really low salary, bad living conditions, work hours are a lot considered the salary is bad

      Pros

      Open and good place to learn, expanding in Asia particularly India. One of the key focus countries as an emerging economy for the company.

      Cons

      Highly hierarchy driven. Very big dreams but no one to lead the team in the right direction. Management not focused, the strategy changes at the wink of an eye.
