The work environment is wonderful. The internationality of the projects and their impact are huge. Your have beautiful challenges each year, and you find the appropiate support for develop them. You will have an increase on your professional development, just by doing.

Cons

There are zero training. As a worker, your visibility on the company is realy low. Few opportunities of internal development.

Very judgemental and very Id your face fits style company, prime example was bullied by resort team manager often tried making examples of my mistakes to the team despite one advisor sending a guest to wrong hotel and one losing emergency phone out drinking when on emergency duty. But as their face fit got away with it. Over seas reps generally just people whom are struggling with how life works in the real world so if your real you don't belong there.
